Stage Team (لجنة أرض الموقع)
organize the people in guidance during the event, seating arrangements, awards arrangement, presentation and validating the stage equipments
Event Theming Team (لجنة التصميم)
Creating new branding, design and printing materials and theme for the event
Public Relations Team (لجنة العلاقات العامة)
Individual who have the skills to establish an interesting connection between the organization and the public
Hospitality and Decor Team (الضيافة والديكو)
This task is responsible to coordinate with the food catering and welcoming the guests. and take care about the layout of the hall and the event.
Media Team (اللجنة الإعلامية)
The task is media committee and is responsible to edit reports in term of wording and provide it upon request. also the social media and Photography.
Organize Competitions Team (تنظيم المسابقات)
This team to organize competitions and activity on the IT Expo, within the promotion time or in the hall.
Student Projects Team (تقييم مشاريع الطلبة)
This team will collect the student projects list for student parts in the expo.
Follow Visitors Team (متابعة الزوار)
The team will take care for the visitors, and make list who will attends.
