Designers are the back end designing of the conference providing artworks for social media and any needed designing as per the mandate of the conference.
Speaker coordinators are stationed in the conference hall assisting and doing all needed work to ensure a smooth running of the conference agenda. Speaker coordinators will be assisting both the speakers and the chairpersons.
Social media team is responsible for handling all the social media content with live posting during the conference. They are tasked to make the conference social media active and engaging.
Crowd control personnel is responsible for directing the traffic of people by providing people with directions and also provides assistance to any delegates if needed. They would greet and welcome all participants entering the venue as well. Scanners will be stationed in the conference hall doors scanning ID badges of the delegates for attendance.
